1. Cancellation Policy
a) You may cancel your order before it is shipped. However, payment gateway charges and any other processing fees (minimum ₹500) will be deducted from the refund amount.
b) Cancellation after dispatch: If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, both-way shipping charges along with payment gateway charges (if applicable) will be deducted before processing the refund.
2. Return and Warranty Policy
2.1. - 15 Days Return Policy
1. Defective Products (as per quality criteria – refer Section 3.5)
- If purchased within 15 days or less: The 15-Day Return Policy will apply.
- If purchased after 15 days: The product will be covered under the applicable Warranty Policy.
2. Non-Defective Products (Customer-Initiated Return)
- If purchased within 15 days or less: The Buyback Program will apply.
- If purchased after 15 days: No return option will be available under this policy.
You are eligible to request a return or replacement within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:
a) The product is damaged (not meeting quality control norms as per Section 3.5), defective, or significantly different from the description provided on the product detail page.
b) The product has missing parts, accessories, or any included items as originally mentioned at the time of purchase.
2.2 Conditions for Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
a) The product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
b) The product must not have been damaged while in your possession, and it must be the same item that was originally shipped to you.
c) Any device that stores personal data must have all personal information completely removed before returning. The Company shall not be responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access of such data after return.
d) Products returned due to buyer’s mistake or change of mind (such as incorrect model, specifications, or color) may be eligible for return, subject to applicable deductions.
e) The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage occurring due to improper packaging during return shipment.
f) All-in-One desktop sets may include compatible equivalent monitors based on stock availability and configuration.
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page. If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
a) Do not return any item without first requesting and receiving return authorization. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
b) For certain products, a technician visit may be scheduled to evaluate the condition of the item. The technician’s report will be used to determine eligibility for return or replacement.
c) Post-verification, if the product fails quality check standards (as per Section 3.5), the return will be accepted without additional charges. However, if the product passes all quality checks, applicable deductions may be applied.
d) In case a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 24–48 hours after the original item is received at our warehouse.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
a) Products that are not in their original condition.
b) Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or negligence by the customer, except for cases involving replaceable components (e.g., keyboard or back panel damage, where applicable).
c) Items that have been customized or personalized at the time of purchase or after purchase.
3. Refund Process
You are eligible to raise a refund request within 15 days of receiving the product if it is found to be damaged, defective, or not as described.
After the 15-day period, any such requests will be considered under our Buyback Program, and applicable depreciation or usage-based charges will apply as per company policy.
3.1 - RTO - Product Not Delivered and Returned to us (Return to Origin)
Refund Process within 15 days for RTO
- a. Once the product reaches our warehouse within 24–48 hrs we will initiate a refund. The amount will be credited back to source in 15 business days deducting the courier charges except for Non-Customer dependent scenarios
- Ex – Non-serviceable locations, Mis-routed shipments, or Delivery failures.
- b. For COD orders, if the customer does not pick up the call at the time of delivery and the product is returned to us for this reason, the partial amount paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

3.2 Delivered to Customer - Product Returned due to defect/Non Defect
a) Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo inspection within 24–48 hours. After successful inspection, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
b) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited to the bank details provided by the customer.
c) Additional charges may apply on refunds processed, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Product Defective – No additional charges will be charged except for the months used as per Buyback-policy.
For non-defective products (as per quality check) or cases where the customer no longer wants the product, a restocking fee of a minimum 12% or 5% per month (whichever is higher) will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.
In cases where any induced or customer-caused damage is identified, additional charges will be levied as per Section 3.6 of this policy.
4. Policy Changes
A3N Computers reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
5. Company Rights
A3N Computers reserves the right to:
a) Refuse a return request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
b) Limit the number of returns or exchanges for customers with a history of excessive or repeated returns.
c) Determine, at its sole discretion, the eligibility of any product for return, replacement, or refund.
